"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. I cannot thank these guys enough! Honest, Professional and Reliable! My dusty, unfinished basement with my new Viessmann boiler, Carlin burner and HTP indirect fired water heater is now my favorite part of the house!"

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of my new kitchen faucet. What I liked is that they went above and beyond. There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating. I wills say that their price was a little high but for my peace of mind, it was worth it. "Jason was first hired to come to repair a job that was not done properly by a prior plumber. We then needed him to re-vamp our bathroom tub/shower - new controls/tile work. Then another bathroom sink job. then a kitchen sink. We only trust Jason for our plumbing needs. He is licensed, and extremely knowledgeable."

"Kenny did an excellent job and I give him 5 stars. I was told by the office staff that the installation of the new water heater (under lifetime warranty but only five years old when it needed replacing) would take up to six hours. The actual work time was closer to two and a half hours, most of the time was taken up waiting for the delivery of the new heater as well as half-way through Kenny left for another two hours, maybe even longer, to pick up an expansion tank. I had been quoted a price of $950 for the installation . After the installation the office called to ask how I wanted to pay I challenged this amount and ended up paying $850 instead. - I very much appreciated that Quinns were able and did install the hot water heater so quickly but felt I was taken advantage of financially."
