He, Jim and Bill replaced my submersible well pump, all new piping and wiring, and air tank with all new fittings, pressure valve, etc. They were respectful, responsive, answering all my questions, and Scott told me up-front, after determining the problem, how much it would cost. The ONLY thing I would say as constructive criticism would be for them to make sure they ensure the area of work is clean and in the shape it was prior to the work being done, but it wasn't bad, and maybe just an oversight. I would definitely use Ries again (but hope there's no reason to)."

"Wesley responded to a home emergency immediately where our septic was backing up into the house. He even offered to come out in middle of the night, but we were able to wait until the following morning after another appointment. He kept me informed of his arrival via text which was perfect. He went above and beyond and was able to quickly identify our issue. He drained our pipes, used a camera to inspect the pipes, and identified that the septic needed to be pumped badly. In addition he dug up and removed the septic covers to confirm that would elevate our issue. He also suggested several septic pump companies that would do a weekend pump. "We had been experiencing increasing amount of water in our finished basement. We contacted the company and within a few days they came for an inspection. They removed a portion of dry wall and saw a crack in the foundation. They explained the process of high pressure injection of a sealant. A few days later they returned, a few minutes earlier than scheduled, to do the work. Over several hours they applied the sealant. They tested the foundation for other cracks. They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360. I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.
