Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. "Mark was great. It was easy to schedule and appointment with him soon after contacting him. I appreciate that he gives a specific time for the appointment (rather than a window of time) and that his pricing is very clear (and from what I understand very reasonable). He was very knowledgable and told us what we thought was squirrels in the roof was actually a raccoon. We stopped hearing noises the day he set the traps on our roof. He sealed up the potential points of entry between our house and the attached row houses. Hopefully we don't have a reason to hire him again...but if we did, we would!"
