The tech showed up and spent 10 minutes testing some electric contact points. Said he thought it might be the digital control unit, and showed me some replacement units on his phone, and gave me an estimate to install a replacement. I told him I'd think about it. He then tells me I owe a $271 diagnostic fee. No diagnostic fee was ever mentioned by the Ben Franklin rep. I paid it to get rid of the guy, but as far as I'm concerned, they robbed me. I then researched the company and found out they're a private Equity company that bought up a bunch of local plumbing businesses. These guys are thieves. "

"To all who plan on using or are recommended Encinas Plumbing Services LLC. DONT DO IT!! They worked for 2.5 hours and then let me know that they had an emergency Leak in Mount Dora and that they would be 20-30 minutes. 4.5 hours later I reached out to Jesus to confirm if they were coming back or not. He just said they?d be coming back shortly. 45 minutes later I reached back out since it?s now 5 o?clock and it seems like they have more than a 10-20 minute job left and twins go to bed at 6:30 with a wall separating their room and the bathroom construction. I told Jesus they would have to come back out tomorrow to finish. Cursed at me then complained he didn?t need my job because he has bigger better jobs!"
