He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours.
