Instead of being the cold water line feeding the water heater, he determined (correctly) that it was the line feeding the hose bib on the side of the house. He took the steps necessary to access the leaky line and also replaced the spigot. He was pleasant, professional and charged a reasonable fee for the repairs. I will definitely keep him in mind for future plumbing needs."

Turned off the valve under sink, but the pipe burst at the wall sending gallons of water per minute into the bathroom on a Saturday morning. Luckily, we had the tool to turn off the water main at the street to stop the flow before there was too much flooding, but needed a weekend plumber. Contacted Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing service. He was at a family function with his children, but was at our house within an hour to fix the pipe. "I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."
