"Before hiring LevelLift, I contacted a friend of mine who owns a Structural Engineering firm, but only work commercial not residential.  So after receiving at least (5) estimates, we agreed that LevelLift was the company to hire.    <br /> Met with Paul Mauer of Levelift Systems, he was very nice, patient and professional along with his team.  Received a proposal for the work noted below: <br /> The work in the basement  included but not limited too grout beneath concrete, excavate & installed timber walls, <br /> raise window well & installed standard home-improvement store grade cover, raise grade, furnished & installed discharge pipes for down spouts, installed seven steel beams, new interior drainage, repaired damaged mortar joints, installed 12" high cast-in-place concrete curb between steel beams and they took care of all the Montgomery County permits and inspections.  In addition, mobilization, site preparation and  furnished & installed discharge pipe for sump pump. <br /> In addition, Paul recommended a very good Structural Engineer to take care of the structural drawings. <br /> The contract payment terms were broken down into four payments with the option of using major credit cards and we have a ten (10) year warranty. <br /> Paul and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  We have not had any problems in the basement since 2013.  They are highly recommended. "Kevin and his crew were fantastic.  Kevin came to our home when were were not here to give us a quote on the slab jacking services.  He gave us a price and arranged a time to come do the work.  He and his crew came on time.  Originally he was going to raise only a couple of the slabs but when we got home he raised more than originally stated, not complaining it looked great!  Due to it raining slightly he wasn't able to fill in the holes with concrete so he stated he would come back on a nicer day to complete the job.  He came out as promised and filled in the holes and even filled in the gap between the slab and our front stoop.  Kevin did more work that we expected and the price was great.  Would highly recommend Jacksonville Contracting Company and would definitely use them again. <br />"
