"The Reason for the leak was the nail holes got too big and water seeped into a closet wall causing a wet spot. All it needed was some caulking to plug the holes. I do need to address some rust issues on the roof cap but he said we could do that if we wanted, just a matter of using high heat paint. He did give us his cost if we wanted to use him. Also answered other questions I had. Overall, very satisfied and happy with Southeast Chimney. I will use them next year and my sister is getting an appointment also. Canton and Jasper are two places contractors don't like to go because of distance from Atlanta, Alpharetta, etc. Very satisfied. A+."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
