"I have had Greenlee plumbing out to the house four times, 35-year-old house. Shower valve replacement. Water heater replacement. Water Line replacement. Shower/Tub to Shower conversion: drain relocation and new shower valve. Each time they were professional, personable and reliable. More importantly is how they provided service when there was a problem. The manufacturer of the water heater had bad gas valves. There was never a safety issue, just the inconvenience of no hot water. I had two bad values. Each time I called they came out the same day and replaced the valve, now that is service. I spoke with them about the problem with the manufacturer and they advised that they manufacture was overwhelmed and could not supply all the replacement valves needed.
