"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"While at first glance the work looks good the contractor could use some lessons on detail. Basically, CR is painting the tile with a durable, highly adhesive paint. When painting it is customary to remove from the wall fixtures that can be removed in order to paint "behind" them-- i.e. light fixtures, electrical plates, etc. CR did none of that. They merely taped over the fixtures and went to town. The result is that around all of those fixtures I can still see a thin border with the original blue/pink tile. Worse, we informed them that one of the light fixtures would definitely be replaced with another with a smaller footprint and they still painted around it so now we have a large blue border around that fixture. In addition, CR failed to properly coordinate work with the general contractor resulting in some tiles going unpainted entirely. Some of those unpainted tiles were eventually painted but not all of them. Our experience with the durability of the product is mixed. The work in the hall bathroom has stood up to heavy use. There has been very little chipping and zero peeling. However, in the master bathroom the shower floor began to peel up less than a year after the work was complete. We called CR and it came out to repair. That repair peeled up less than a year later. We called again and CR repaired it again. It peeled up again and we called again. This time I was informed that to properly repair the peeling they would need at least $300 additional dollars. This was quite frustrating given that the shower floor had never lasted more than the one year warranty. Rather than pay for a repair I felt should have been done for in the course of doing good business I made the repair myself. I stripped off all the old paint, scuffed and etched the tile, and then used a contrasting textured concrete paint to refinish the shower floor. I looks much better and thus far has stood up much better than the original work. Overall, the quality of the work could be better as well as customer service. The product seems to be good if applied properly."

"While performing two small repair jobs, they discovered a much more serious problem, a pipe leaking into the basement, which had been going on unnoticed for a long time. They were able to return the following day and make the repair. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their pleasant dispositions. "Darwin came soon after we called and repaired three clogged bathroom sinks. This required climbing under our house in a crawl space and replacing 1957-era galvanized pipes and connections that were installed wrong originally with modern PVC pipe and connectors. He also had to work in a tiny basement utility room to make the same repair on a different drain. All this in only a few hours of one day. We were so impressed by our new friend's work ethic and abilities that we had him return two days later and replace our two old toilets with modern ADA-height efficient modern stools. He completed this including cleaning up and hauling off the old materials in one hour and forty minutes including time to patiently answer my questions and listen to my old grandpa stories of the days of yore. "They could have completed the job completely. They took pieces of it apart but they did not put those back together. I had the son of the maintenance guy put them back together. I'm just complaining about the completion of the whole job but the quality, workmanship, and everything were fine."

"First, Bob stopped by with an estimate at the agreed upon time. Then, within a few days we scheduled the work.  He arrived on time and started right away. He worked with the back porch ceiling fan light first. This very old fixture was ancient however Bob took the time to disassemble and installed the new ceiling fan. He is very meticulous at his job. Then, he worked with installing track lighting in the dining room area.  The track lighting is beautiful too.  Lastly, he worked with replacing the back porch light located outside.  He had to use an extension ladder to reach the light.  He completed all jobs within about couple hours.  Bob was very personable and professional.  He remained focused with the jobs. He is skilled at his job. 
Bob did a terrific job! Great job!  We will hire Bob again in the future.
