" I contracted AMM Builds, Mario Martinez, not because he was low cost bidder but primarily his commitment to a thorough quality completion. Work involved interior painting 10 rooms. There had been no interior updates since house was built in 1979 with 47 years of wear & tear. Painters removed difficult popcorn ceiling & wallpaper. They carefully moved and covered furniture. All wooden baseboards, window sills, scratched panels, hall spindles were painted. Rusted A/C ceiling vents were replaced plus a hall A/C vent made to look like new. A metal garage entry door was painted on both sides. Mario’s team updated bathrooms countertops and sinks, replaced a damaged door to a bathroom, removed smoke discoloration from fireplace stonework, added trim on entrance wall, updated lighting, kitchen sink disposal unit, spray hose, and a broken vinyl strip, replaced toilet tank parts and broken marble floor tiles. The work was finished on schedule."
