"Customer service over the phone was great and they arrived earlier than expected which I appreciated. The only downside was that there were still pine needles showing from the second story where a have a gutter guard. They explained to me that the pine needles were stuck in the holes of the gutter guard and they couldn't get them out by sweeping or with the hose. I understand that they probably would've had to manually remove those with their hands, but wouldn't that be part of the job? All said it was a HUGE improvement from how my gutters looked before so I was pleased and they did work with me on the price, but I wish they would've done just that little bit more to make them look completely clear, especially from the front of the house."

"E&G were very responsive, setting up an appointment shortly after I bought the Big Deal.  They came about a week or two after our initial contact.  The worker who came out was very friendly and explained what the process was, as I accompanied him through my home and area around the foundation.  That day he put a bunch of bait stations inside and outside the house to get any mice that were in the house out of it.  Then two weeks later he came back - I was not home that day - and installed copper mesh material where my siding met the foundation to provide a barrier to keep the varmints from entering the house.

"Supreme! I am so very pleased with Nj pest defense and their superb service. The entire team of staff are very kind and helpful. I had an infestation of bed bugs after vacationing this summer we stayed at multiple places and visit many attractions so I am not sure where we may have contracted the bugs. It really didn't matter after finding this company they helped us get rid of it at a really affordable/ reasonable price. "Drew was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He used one type of control inside and applied the substance at every place in the house where I told him I had seen the ants - the kitchen, primarily, the front hall, the TV/office room, an upstairs bedroom.  He was very careful to get the substance into the cracks and crevices and corners and he explained to me very carefully how the substance would not hurt my cats.

He spent a lot of time outside too coating underneath the entryway doors - front and back - and along the sides of the main front entryway, all where they seem to enter the house.

He also checked the basement very thoroughly to determine if there were any signs of the ants.
