"Prime Bath was amazing to work with. They installed and accessible shower for my moms house. Fair pricing, clean, respectful to my 90 year old parent, and they did it in one day! And they took no short cuts. Stripped everything down to the studs and installed new plumbing too. I’m an architect and approved of everything they did. Great job prime bath!"

"I hired Salvador's company after talking with and receiving quotes from 4 companies. Salvador is very responsive. Salvador did a great job managing difficult schedules and was great at keeping in touch through this process. Although the project complete was of high quality, I'm mainly writing this review to highlight Salvador's professionalism through a particularly difficult challenge. After the drywall work was complete, his first (of two) floor crews came in to complete the hardwood floor installation. This first crew was NOT professional and installed the floor without providing the remedial work to the sub-floor that was needed for a quality installation. I wasn't made aware of this until the entire floor was completed an I noticed "soft spots" in several areas. I called Salvador to discuss the situation that day. Rather than try to argue that the installation was acceptable or give me a discount, Salvador asked if there was another day he could come by to redo the complete installation and absorb all costs to do so. This is a sign of a service provider that understands the value of a happy customer. Because of his actions, not only will I hire him again, but will also advocate for and recommend his company to others. Salvador demonstrated a high degree of integrity and clearly a positive resolve."

"Kitchen and flooring was wonderful. Bathrooms had continual plumbing issues. However, Russ came back out each time to rectify the problems until it was completely resolved. Russ is very responsive and easy to work with. Every job can have some hick-ups, but Russ kept at it until it was satisfactory."
