"<strong>The sales process, the windows and the installation went great</strong>.  We had quotes from 6 different providers for the same kind of windows.  The quotes ranged from $12,300 to $39,000.  The next closest bid was $23,000.  They would take the blinds down and put them back up, but I knew I could do that - especially for $8,700 extra!! <br /> Jack, the salesman and owner, came to our house.  He was very professional and told us some things about what to expect with the installation that none of the other companies had told us.  They sent a crew out of about 10 people.  They were very professional and conscientious about their work.  They cleaned up everything in the yard and the house very well.  They also asked questions about how we wanted the trim, etc. instead of just doing what they wanted to do.  They got all 28 windows installed in the same day. <br /> Of the 6 companies we interviewed, Window World was the only one that supplied references, and they supplied about 100 as part of their initial sales packet.  The people I called had very good things to say.  Some of the other companies eventually gave us names to call, some just gave us an address, and some refused saying they couldn't because of "privacy issues", which doesn't make sense for a referral.   <br /> The windows work well and look great.  I'm glad I chose Window World. <br />"

"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He&apos;s very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. Been in the handyman field for a while with some experience in deck building, siding, trim(interior and exterior), backsplash and tile work as well. Ive done some plumbing and garage door services and now for full time I build high end metal building!
