They then completed the furnace installation the second day. One of the service men took time to show me everything they had completed, including how to clean the overflow valve with the brush provided. He left a booklet with written instructions and phone numbers in case we had questions or concerns. While this was an expensive upgrade to our heating and cooling needs, we felt we received quality service and honest input into our decisions. We were very happy with the professional work. The cleaned up the mess they made in the basement and took the cardboard boxes from the new equipment, as well as the old furnace, for recycling. <br />"
