"This was the best part of my appliance installation process. Tony was very flexible with this install since it had to happen over 2 days. if the company I ordered the appliances from wasn't putting in the range (once it gets here) for free I would hire tony and SWAI again in a heart beat."

"Terrific service! They are very professional and thorough. They work on high end appliances which is very difficult in this area."

"The owner came and looked at repair, gave a reasonable quote. He knew exactly what part was needed. He came back the next day and promptly and efficiently repaired my appliance. He was professional and friendly. I couldn’t have been happier with his work and customer service. I will definitely hire him for any repair needed in the future."

"They sent out Victor. He is a nice guy. We have dealt with him a couple of times before. He brought the parts with him, and had the seal fixed in under an hour. The price was reasonable, and thanks to the good people at My Appliance Repair Houston the whole experience was very painless. This is a great company, and great service companies are hard to find. If you have a broken appliance in the Houston area you should give them a call."

"The technican was going to be past the assigned time so he called and let me know when he would be there. This was greatly appreciated. Once he arrived, it was quick work to identify the problem and replace the ignitor. We had spilled something between the glass oven doors and couldn't get to it to clean it. He loosened the front of the door so we could get to the glass and clean it. It looks so much better. Great job!!

"I am satisfied that it turned out to be nothing really wrong with my over. However I mentioned to the repairman at the start that the oven light was out, too, and he waited until the end, when I told him, again, (that the light was out) to tell me to take out the old bulb myself and go buy one at Walmart or some place like that. Being elderly and having back problems, I wanted him to take the old bulb out and tell me how to put the glass bulb cover with the wire bracket holder back on once the new bulb was put in, especially since he didn't want to do it, himself. (Maybe, he didn't have a replacement bulb with him but he surely could have taken my old one out for me and told me how to replace it, myself.) I don't know, maybe, it was not something they do on these service calls, especially since he did get to make any money off of me. He showed me how to take off the oven door. I guess that was his way of saying that was all he was going to do. Anyway, I bought a replacement bulb and got my son to put it in for me today. I am satisfied that he didn't tell me something was wrong with my oven when there really wasn't but I wouldn't have any confidence in him if I ever had to deal with him, in particular, again. As I said, earlier, though, the scheduler was really nice.

"Rebe and I warmly recommend the services of SRL for appliances repair. This is a family business, who made us feel treated as family when our fridge displayed a range of problems last month."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
