"I was without water which was an urgent need to get back up and running. I put in my request for service at 11am and they were at my home by 3pm and got the water back on. I am very pleased with their service and explaining the issue to me. I highly recommend Mast Plumbing and Mechanical"

"I have used other plumbers before...none of whom did the work entirely to my satisfaction, and many of whom found ways to increase their "firm" quotes. I chose Drain Pro because of their almost perfect 5-star rating. I now know why they have that rating. The man who took my call was Raymond or Raman (Ramandeep Singh), the company president. He was pleasant, friendly, and gave me a reasonable ballpark quote (assuming no major problems). It was not the lowest estimate to do the job, but I wanted it done right. He arrived right on time. The only part of the job that went smoothly was the bathroom faucet replacement, and it went quickly. The kitchen sink partial-clog turned out to be several heavy accretions of hardened grease in one eight-foot section of pipe that had become CONcretions over the years -- some of the grease had come from previous owners...and likely some from us. He tried the big power-snake twice, but couldn't force the gizmo (heavy steel screw-spring) through the blockage. He slithered into the crawlspace to see if there were some abnormality in the pipes...nope. So up he came -- he took off the gizmo, and forced the bare cable-end through the blockages, back and forth several times -- ran the water to see if the blockage was gone...nope, even worse than before (he felt that some of the smaller blockages had moved, become a "log-jam"). He tried it again with the gizmo...nope. At this point he said there were only two good solutions: (a) cut out and replace the section of pipe with the hardened blockages; and (b) bring in the cavalry with special equipment and do a "hydro-jet" clean out -- both these processes would more than double his original bid. But just to be sure, he tried it once more with just the bare snake-end. And lo & behold, the blockage was gone! ...I hope. Raman said it could come back, and we could do the hydro-jet operation, if needed. Then he rebuilt a toilet (several small problems). The bolts holding the tank on were so bad he had to use a sawzall to cut them off. He replaced all the parts, installed the new flush mechanism, and it is now as silent as can be. Hallelujah! With all the problems he encountered, I expected a demand (or request) for more money. Nope. He stuck with his original bid. As I said at the top, his wasn't the low bid. But he did all the work correctly, kept everything spotless clean, and was friendly and cheerful throughout. Without any hesitation, I strongly recommend this company in general, and Raman in particular."

"They were fantastic. Jared and Jake were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond when replacing our water heater. The previous owners of the house installed the old water heater poorly. These guys not only replaced the water heater, but fixed all the piping and attachments as well. I’d definitely hire this company again for any plumbing issues."

"Harts dispatch kept me updated on the status of the plumbers arrival. We called for two issues and of course the mystery noise stopped the day he came! But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! I truly appreciate that Konner took the time to look at the issue, listen to us and come up with a solution that worked and not just say the most expensive option of replacing all the pipes! Highly recommend using Harts!"

"We had a very old faucet and it was leaking. He had to cut pipes and other repairs. He was very friendly and professional. Everything went well and working great. Thank you!"

"Excellent service and super fair price. Needed a repair done before buyers would finalize sale of a condo we were selling. Bob Larson plumbing has sled it quickly, and followed up to make sure we were happy with finished result; all at a totally reasonable, if not excellent price, especially for such a last minute and not huge fix. We will totally use them for any other fixes we need done on our home and refer to friends and family."

"I had an issue with my basement faucet dripping and shut off valve leaking. Jerry and Arturo did a great job removing and replacing what was needed. I was given clear communication. They provided guidance on other plumbing work to improve my house."

"Josh and his coworker showed up same day, were incredibly nice, and looked at a couple issues. They were unable to fix two on the spot (due to faulty fixtures) but fixed one for a very reasonable price. The other price quoted to install a new sink faucet was high, so not sure what we're going to do with that. But I would definitely call them to come out again for anything else."

"John Miller was very professional, polite and very fast. The work was high quality and reasonably priced. I will be a repeat customer for any future needs."
