I waited for a human to leave a message instead of automated systems, which was Paul at Complete Plumbing located in Claremont. Same day replacement, haul away, and install of a 40 Gal. Bradford White was $1595 (2 year labor water, 6 year manufacturer warranty). Michael did the installation and had a delay from the first job, but Paul kept updating status and the install time wasn't much later than the original estimate. Michael answered all my questions and concerns."

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. The 7 workers that were involved at various times all seemed to be well trained. Michael I, the lead plumber, is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and good to work with. Very nice people all around."

We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely.
