"After hiring but prior to service being performed the winged termites swarmed my bedroom and sunroom. It was so frightening to see hundreds of these things crawling on my floor,ceilings,and my bed. I didn't know what to do so I called the sales rep. He told me to put down the bug spray which was toxic for me and my dog and ride this out he helped to calm me and assured me that the termites with wings were not the ones which caused damage. They were coming out to die and going towards the light.
