"Everything was very professional. He introduced himself and put on shoe covers when he came into the house and left everything very clean! My heat has been working great and my hot water pressure has been restored. I learned that there is not supposed to be copper piping going directly into the water heating unit. The copper pipe that he took off was completely clogged with mineral deposits and you couldn't even see through it.
