"Alex did a great job. This is a young man who decided to do what he likes and learn the skills to become good at remodeling. He answered all my questions and he also took advice. His invoice was a little bare he needs to list everything that requires the customer costs; but that got figured out. He worked hard everyday, did the job in 3 days which I was glad for, since the mitigation problem took 3 weeks to dry out. This was from an older home built in 1979. The popcorn was extra dense and thick which made removing it more prolonged and tedious.
