"The AC was installed in 2021 replacing an existing AC. It worked well for two seasons but I n the beginning of this season 2024, I had problems. Although the technicians that came were nice, they did nothing to fix the problem until Christian who worked tirelessly. In the future I will only ask for him. The reason for the rating is because their customer service is very good, however, I went nearly the entire summer with an AC that was malfunctioning because the first two techs could not find any problem. Also, I find their repairs costly. An example is that I paid to be in a program where they inspect electrical plumbing and hvac. No recommendation was less than $500. In fact my son used them to replace two hoses in the kitchen. Starting price for anything seems to be $500 even if they are there for 30 minutes. The choice is yours. very good customers service, nice but mediocre techs (except for Christian) and costly repairs."

"Good job and nice people!"

"For years I have wanted to update my very old and inefficient American Standard cast iron boiler. I was very fortunate to find Mr Joe Burriesci the owner of Mayjac Plumbing who took the time to evaluate the best options, since the old boiler handled two apartments. We collectively decided to go with two Navien Combi Condensing Boilers, but the best part of the entire process was how meticulous the installation was done. From start to finish Mayjac Plumbing kept every promise and timeline made. I highly recommend Mayjac Plumbing..."

"My water heater burst in my basement flooding it out. The plumbers came immediately, replaced my water heater and removed all the water."

"We haven't begun the project yet but the preliminary discussions have been very positive."

"We had our washer hookup installed. We are very satisfied with his work. I would recommend DG hvac for simple fact he communicated well and his work was clean and fast."

"While we were happy with the completed work, we really wish Steve was available more to do the work in the mornings instead of afternoons. It was hard to nail down times with him but to be fair, it also snowed 3 of the 6 weeks he was working on our staircase. His prices were quite reasonable compared to others we interviewed. He even offered a reduced fee when the work became more extensive and stretched into additional weeks."

"Great. They showed up on time Wednesday morning; done and gone before noon. Both the water heater and the garbage disposal work really well; they took the old stuff away. Work was professional."

"I had my hot water heater replaced and the whole experience with this company was a pleasure. Nothing was a problem and Dennis even fixed some sloppy pipe work done by the previous plumber because "He couldn't leave it looking like a mess" They did the job when they said they would, and at the price that was quoted. I would highly recommend this company."
