The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. The team at Parkyn Landscaping tackled these issues with expertise and professionalism. They started by removing the smaller, unhealthy fig tree and clearing out all debris. They then filled in the lawn with fresh soil, adjusted the grading for better drainage, and meticulously planted new grass seeds, ensuring to cover them with straw and providing us with detailed watering instructions for optimal growth. Along the side of our house, they planted small boxwood shrubs that promise to enhance our yard's aesthetic once they mature. On the scheduled day, Parkyn Landscaping's crew arrived promptly at 7:30 am, ready to work. Despite the scorching 90-degree heat, they worked tirelessly throughout the day, demonstrating efficiency and a no-nonsense approach. "My prior deck was rotted and had to be removed.  There was no portion of the deck or supporting that could be salvaged.  Amazing Decks provided the lowest quote for a company that would use its own crew to remove the old deck and build the new deck.  I did not want to use a company that would sub-contract the work.  Once I decided to accept Amazing Deck's quote, Bill Wilson spent over an hour with myself and my wife at the showroom reviewing different color options.  When the crew came on site (led by Glenn), they were professional and efficient.  My wife and I were very happy with the new deck.  I would recommend Amazing Decks to anybody in the Montgomery County area. who needs a new deck.

"We called Robert McHale to get an estimate for this job.  He arrived on time and sat with us giving us some ideas that we hadn't thought of for the project.  Robert and his team of men arrived at our home on the scheduled date, and remained on the job through to completion.   Robert was very professional and courteous, as were his team.
 They arrived with all of the equipment that they needed, including a port-o-potty.   They worked neatly and cleaned up each day at the end of the day.  The job was estimated to take about a week - the timeline was met!

"Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. The Home Improvement Coach spent a lot of time with me prior to the project starting and because of their experience working in older homes, made me feel comfortable that if anything did come up, they could handle it. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time and on budget. My biggest things when evaluating contractors are quality of work and communication. The Home Improvement Coach excels at both. I was happily surprised during the project at their willingness to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate. Stan was extremely professional, always makes himself available to bounce ideas off of, definitely a perfectionist, and takes pride in his work. We were very impressed with his attention to detail. We were also impressed how after every day of work his team cleaned up the project site before they left for the day. They always made sure it was a safe environment in case our 5yo or dog happened to walk in during the evening when they weren't there.    The Sirolli team was considerate, professional, and respectful. Sirolli stayed on the time schedule, let me know what was happening and when it was happening. Sirolli cleaned up and vacuumed every night before leaving the site.
