From the initial communication, to the 2 different free walk-throughs/consultations as we changed our minds about what we wanted, to the tasks we added during the job, to the completion of the project, Kevin and Allison were kind, patient, flexible, accommodating, competent, knowledgeable and reassuring. Kevin is a thinker. When presented with a problem, he will problem solve and brainstorm until he finds a solution that is both safe (to code), appropriate and aesthetically pleasing to the client. Allison is his right-hand, a partner in business and recently his wife. They both have an eye for design and often have a friendly competition over who’s design idea will be accepted by the client. This duo is like a well-oiled machine; one thinking through the steps and the other supporting and following up on the details. Our job consisted of scraping an entire floor of popcorn ceilings, installing canned lighting in 3 rooms, a living room accent wall, scraping and sanding ceiling beams, two door installations, and a full bathroom reno. We have fallen in love with our home again; the home we always knew it could be. Our future plans include hiring AMLO Custom Creations for an outside project just as soon as they can get us on the books."

We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"
