"I originally had a serviceman from Wooldridge Heating, Air, and Electric to evaluate our noisy, wobbling ceiling fan. It took a 12 ft. step ladder to reach, which I'm not able to do myself, anymore. Once it was determined that the motor was going bad in the fan, I asked them to return and replace it with a new one we bought. They two workers sent were prompt, polite, and very efficient. They had the old fan down and the new one in place in less than an hour. That included transferring a remote control receiver into the new fan canopy. They even took away the old defective fan. Very good service and at a very reasonable cost."

"We wanted the main waterline from house to street, and hot water heater replaced. After reading reviews, we chose Wisler Plumbing and Heating to do this work. Wisler reached out daily in advance to let us know who was coming to perform the work. Each employee we met was very professional, responsive, and diligent with their duties. Davey provided us with a quote for this work. Hats off to Matt for replacing the water heater! The waterline was a difficult project, due to the location. Adam and Wes did an outstanding job, excavating, replacing the water line, and for their work on restoring our yard. "My water went out on a Thursday morning. I got Classic plumbing off of Angie’s list called them first thing when they opened. They had someone at my house by 11:30 that same day. It was decided that since my water pump was working intermittedly they would start work the next day since it would be an all day job. I was lucky and had water the rest of that day. They came the next day. Amazingly I got a call from the office advising me that they were gathering equipment and would be a half hour later. Never has anyone called me like that when later then expected. They just show up late! The office staff were wonderful. The crew came and worked all day long . This was a job where there were major obstacles and they never gave up. Worked till dark and could not work anymore. I needed not only a water pump but the electric wire to inside box was bad. Impossible to fix that day but were back on Sat morning and put a new wire from pump to inside so I would have water over the weekend. On Monday they were back and worked all day to bury wire and finish the job.They encountered multiple problems because my system was 35 years old. They were so nice and never complained . I thought for the work they did the price was really fair. Worked 2 and a half days. I paid $5450.00. Got new pump new casing new electric boxes switches wire and they worked hard for 2 and one half days. I thought it was more than fair. They gave me discount for Angie’s list which other Plummer companies did not offer. I will need a hot water heater in the future and definitely will get them to do."

"The contractor was a true pro.,he new his product ,he new how important to size the heater needed to do the job correctly and he priced the install accordingly.He was prompt always on time,removed the old water heater and made necessary changes to my home to accommodate the new tankless heater.He installed a new unit that has a great reliability history and long term warranty at a fair cost.Not heard of in todayâ s business world and the man that owns the business is the person who actually does the work! I feel like I did hire a true PRO for my job and I would recommend him to anyone that would need his service in the future!"

I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! "I hired this company to replace a furnace and air conditioner in July. It took several weeks and phone calls to repair a problem with the installation. It then took a couple of weeks for them to return to set the unit up for winter. They continually used "were so darn busy as an excuse. They also agreed to install a garbage disposal even though they stated they usually did not do residential plumbing. They never found the time. So imagine my surprise when I saw they were advertising a residential plumbing special Angie's List. I have made a number of requests for the warranties for my units, to no avail. They may give you a good price, but after that, good luck."
