My name is Brandon Wood, I have been in the carpentry business for 4 years! At the beginning of 2023 I opened my own business, Lakewood Handyman. I can do all jobs big and small! I am a licensed heat pump installer, and I specialize in all things flooring. I do however provide all handyman services big and small such as; Remodels, demo, drywall, ceilings, roofing, deck building, tiling, painting, plumbing, landscaping, waste removal, you name it! We are a local company focusing on customer satisfaction. We do take on subcontracting contracts, but we do not subcontract out. We are a payment on completion company, so please have a check ready upon completion of the job. We are currently running a $199 air conditioner cleaning special, does not include parts, freon or labor for major issues.

Real Deal Builders is a small company with 2 to 4 full time employees. I have a long list of sub-contractors I can call on for larger jobs. I require one third down with the remainder due upon completion of the job. I offer a 10% discount to senior citizens. Financing is available under specials cicumstances . Barter is always an option.
