"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"All workers were respectful and polite. They finished work in less time than I thought and cleaned up any mess which I appreciated. Tub and wall look beautiful. They explained how to use it.
