Our first call into the company (after trying locally with no success) was responded to immediately! Justin, one of the owners came to our house the next day to assess our situation. We had some leaks. That very same day Justin made temporary repairs until a new roof could be put on. The crew that came out was punctual, respectful, and professional. Let me add this company does NOT put shingles on top of the old shingles which is a PLUS. They had to replace some plywood that was rotten where the leak was coming through. The company redid some areas around the chimney which were not done correctly on the initial installation. Everything is done with an excellence! They do provided service outside of their immediate area which was our case. We are so blessed that the LORD led us to this awesome company to handle our situation. "I knew that we had issues with our roof, but was unsure of who to call. I’ve heard of all of the big name advertisers on the major radio stations and I’ve heard some good and bad things about them. I heard an advertisement for Accent Roofing on a local radio station and decided to give them a call; I’m glad I did. The owner of Accent Roofing, Tommy Scribbins, came out to evaluate our roof within a few days of my call. Tommy was very knowledgeable; not an arrogant “know it all” - he listened to my questions and answered them. He has an engineering background so he knows how to explain how products work or in some cases, do not work. When the insurance adjuster came out to evaluate our claim, Tommy was there to make sure the adjuster took into account materials that would be needed in order to bring the roof up to the current building code requirements. The color of the shingles that we decided upon was one that was difficult to obtain due to current logistics and supply chain issues, but Tommy found a supplier. When installation day arrived, the crew showed up on time – early in the morning and worked all day, into the early evening to get the job done. The project manager was available, pleasant to work with, and answered any questions that I had. We had several pieces of roof sheathing that needed to be replaced and they did not charge us a fortune for that. There were a couple of minor details to handle the following morning, including thoroughly combing the yard for nails. The care after the installation was great as well. Accent Roofing filed our warranty information with the manufacturer of the shingles and also provided our insurance company the completion certificate for the job. So in case you couldn’t tell by my review, we are very pleased with Accent Roofing and I’m sure you will be as well when you hire them."

I still did my due diligence and obtained 2 other estimates for the work. Elite Roofing was 35% cheaper than my first estimate and 43% cheaper than Home Depot. This was significant considering the estimate comparison was accomplished using the same expectations, 10 year no leak warranty, 50 Year GAF Shingle & lifetime warranty specs. The sales representative Matt was responsive to my requests, and the crew was simply amazing. They installed the roof on Jul 18, 2018 in 97 degree summer heat. They arrived at 6:45 AM and did not leave until approximately 8 PM in the evening. In just a little more than 12 hours, they removed the old roof, installed the new one, and cleaned up the property after the install. If you didn't know we had just had the roof installed, you would have never known they had been there. The property was left pristine. I would give my highest recommendation to Elite Roofing based on service, quality, and value. I simply don't think you'll find better in the greater Atlanta area."
