Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

His attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout every step of the project, including the mitigation of mold and reinforcing the raised platform that the heavy (approx. 620-lbs, filled) water heater sits on, is honestly second to none. "They took out my old shower and installed a new one. They came out quickly and installed the shower kit and door within 5 days, despite heavy rains that week. Customer service was great. They were professional and came out again when we asked to adjust the shower water temp to get hotter. Even though they had to add additional framing for the shower door, they only charged my for whatever was quoted in the beginning. Overall, I was very satisfied and would work with them again."
