Technician did a nice job on the repair and adding an extra faucet/spigot for our use. Only issue we had was the cost. Outrageous. They did discuss the fees in advance so we knew what to expect. "Highly recommend! Anthony was EARLY, polite, treated me w/ respect! That man spent ALL day (he had to dig up my old pipes in my yard and reroute) making sure the job was done properly. He identified the problem in minutes! … he’s the water whisperer, my front yard was flooded and he spotted the location of the leak quickly. They were the only company that was able to send someone same day for my plumbing emergency!!! And was 1 of 2 companies that called me after requesting an estimate from all the professionals listed. Anthony would also explain what steps he was taking and any hiccups he faced. All done in a respectful way. I prefer to know what’s happening without hovering over him, and he did exactly that. Now, there was only one negative… after a heavy rain storm, the dirt in the holes for the piping packed in, causing major dips and caverns in the ground.
