Randy and Becky refused to cover the cost to fix the frankenhouse situation. We proceeded on, paying for their error only to have many other issues. They are disorganized. The subcontractors come late because of their last minute communication. The building inspectors are very familiar with this company. In the end we fired them and paid too much for their work. Randy is the builder but he does not do the work. If you hire them use a lawyer for a real contract."

"After spending $30K with them to "repair" my foundation, it's been over a year now that I've been waiting for them to come back to finish the job and do the warranty the work that they said they would do. Since they've been paid, I can't get any response from them. The work they did was horrible, not according to the Architects plan, they used different materials and did the work improperly. They said that they would be coming back to correct it all. After several no shows and no responses, I had to file a state complaint against this company, it's owner and license holder. Meanwhile my home continues to suffer more because of their caliber of workmanship and lack of ability to do their job properly. If possible, I would not give them any stars!"

"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. If you?re planning to hire Ayer?s, dont"
