It was the first time I had a company test an A/C system where I felt the money was well-spent and that it would protect me for the cooling season. He spent well over an hour here going over everything. Matt's philosophy is that's it's often cheaper to repair and maintain equipment than to replace it. I agree with this approach. Matt noticed a refrigerant leak and found a couple of test valves that might have been the cause which he replaced. Also, replaced a run capacitor which was getting weak, and added 2 lbs of R-22. At the end I decided to sign up for a yearly service where he will come back in the fall to check the heating system. He provides free filters for the year with this service. He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and also a very nice guy! You won't go wrong with Matt."

Most people come in your home for 10 mins and then try to sell you a new system, not Rick. He can set you up with a new one, but he can also pull out all his knowledge and work on your older unit. Not only did he fix my unit, he also taught me some tricks of the trade to keep it running on my own and not needing to call and pay him for something I can do. What a saint!!!
