We used space heaters in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, but the rest of the house stayed cold. Along with that, I had a constant fear of an electrical fire resulting from the units, because last year a young mother and her baby died in a house fire down the street from us, most likely caused from a space heater. When Schraer came to our home that offered to install gas furnace free off charge that was just sitting in their shop! We are truly Blessed and Grateful for their kindness and generosity! "I scheduled a tune-up service for my AC for 9-12 o'clock. At 11:35, I called to see if they were still coming, and she tells me 'sorry, the tech is running behind. He will be there closer to 1:00'. I accepted that, then waited until after 1:00 to call them again, only to find out the tech was still an hour away, working on another job. I thought the whole point of a service 'window' was to provide flexibility for the tech in case they get held up. I had to leave my house by 2:30, so I canceled the appointment. I took out an entire day for absolutely nothing."
