We have a maintenance agreement, so we have elevated expectations of a service response. However, we appreciate how quickly Fresh Air resolved our problem."

He spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours and did a wonderful job. Ended up paying total $625 once he was done and asked me before doing anything additional that would cost more.
