"Excellent. Plumber got handle to work. No replacement was necessary"

"I called because I could not turn off the hot water. They said, someone, would be there within 2 hours. The plumber arrived in less than 90 minutes. He was neat and clean. He set right to work. After 15 minutes or so he had taken apart the old faucet tried to make a repair but the faucet was not repairable - not surprising since the faucet was quite old. I asked if he could replace the faucet but the one I wanted he did not have on his vehicle. He called the office and they had one in stock. He was gone about 40 minutes. He installed the new faucet in about 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself."

"faucet replace and tub drain replace"

"The gas pipe repair was overpriced 770 in my opinion although it was completed without the need to follow up within the day and they did show up as they promised. The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."

"Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. I then did a lot of research on different companies across multiple review websites (including Angies) and Excel Air stood out. Once I spoke to the office staff, great experience, they had a tech out to our home in 2 days with our problem diagnosed. Our tech's name was Lucas who was efficient with his time, talked me through what was going on and gave us our estimate which we were happy to move forward with. Lucas fixed our problem in under 20 minutes. Me being me, I watched each step and saw the quality work. He even put in a fuse to ensure the same problem didn't happen again to our transformer. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!"

"Just had my water heater replaced by these guys and honestly, they were awesome. They showed up on time and got everything done way faster than I expected. The whole team was respectful and easy to have around. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and just made the whole experience stress-free. If you need a water heater replaced or repaired, I highly recommend these guys. I had called around a few places and Water Heater SOS was the quickest to get back to me with the best price as well. Solid work and just a great crew all around."

"Buddy showed up as scheduled and quickly confirmed that our hot water flow problem was inside of the water heater. He then proceeded to install a replacement water heater at a competitive price and was very professional throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to call on Buddy again."

"I had a great experience working with John Roberts Plumbing. They were prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They handled multiple faucet and fixture repairs efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What really stood out was how fair and transparent their pricing was.. no surprises, just solid, honest work. It’s been hard to find reliability lately but this was definitely one of those rare experiences where everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend them and would use their services again."

"Sharp, clean and efficient . All pipes in back to back bathrooms have been replaced and the sewer lines are good to go. This team is professional."

"Quick and quality work for a premium."
