When I called to make an appointment, Brooke informed me that the parts should be covered under warranty; no other company offered this information when I called. I emailed pictures of my existing faucets to Brooke and she took care of the rest. The parts were shipped directly to my house free of charge. Once I received the parts, I contact Brooke to schedule an appointment for install.They were on time and did a professional job."

The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . I told him what happened and he advised that he would contact a leak detection company ASAP and let me know when they would arrive. He did as promised and we had that company at our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). We spoke to that person for a good while about the different steps we could take and decided what was right for us. During this time, Leo texted to check on us and the outcome. I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend.
