My wife spoke with Mr. Costello this morning, and booked an appointment for Miguel (one of his workers) to come over and look at the situation / prepare an estimate. He did so (arriving iwihin the appointment window), gave us a good quote, and indicated the two parts that needed replacement (the garbage disposal unit and the cold water dual shut-off valve. He indicated that we could purchase those parts through the company, or if I had the parts onhand, he could just install them (saving money). Fortunately, The Home Depot nearby was open, and I was able to get the two pieces fairly quickly. Miguel then: * installed the garbage disposal (and took care of getting rid of the old one), * connected the replacement shut-off valve, * replaced the faucet itself, and made sure that none of it leaked.
