Whenever we need additional work on our home that can be done by King Qaulity Construction, they will be called. This time it was replacing shingles and improper work done by the original roofer. They did the moss removal and gutters cleaning. We had neighbor next to us also checked if they had time to check their roof and get a bid on gutter replacements. I recommend giving them a call. "Had a rep come to assess whether we might need windows replaced based on age (35 yrs). Rep was not informative. Did a very cursory look at windows, said we had "stuff" growing on the top of window frame and was likely in the wall as well. No way he could see the top of the window without a ladder. I looked this morning from a ladder, and the tops are perfectly clean except for a bit of dust. Obviously a scare tactic sales pitch to unknowing folks. I also asked about the R-value of their replacement windows and he had no idea. In fact there is not even any info on R-value on their website. Very clear to me that there was not going to be any useful examination of the condition of the existing windows and rationale for their replacement. I would be unlikely to use this company based on my one-time experience."
