We told him that we wanted to get new gutters and gutter covers, but he told us to get our insurance company to look at our roof first before we discuss gutters, because from what he saw there was some damage. He did not even want to discuss gutters, so we booked him for the windows. We ended up getting a new roof and new gutters from our insurance company that they installed for us and they all look great. Bordner was so patient and Kevin worked with us while we kept waiting for our insurance company to release the rest of our money. He also helped us get the best rate for our windows from a reliable loan company. The is the first winter since being in our house where our Furnace is not constantly running, and we do not have to put plastic over our toddler windows. I love my big windows in the dining room and living room, they are so awesome. I also love how the windows are made for each customer specifically. There was a tiny hole in one of our master bedroom screens and when they messaged to see how everything was done they sent someone out to replace it. It was really just a tiny hole and I told them it was no big deal right now, but someone came out within a couple of days and gave us a new one. The roof is the perfect coke and matches the gutters so nicely. The gutters work so seamlessly now the water is not overflowing onto our windows because they do not flow right. Everything is so nice."

"Contractor left a large paint sprayer in our garage for 4 months while the house was rented by vacationing guests. (the house is a vacation rental home.)  I had to point out to contractor that they painted over a fungus that was growing on house siding, instead of properly cleaning/removing this prior to painting.  They painted over the lights on the exterior of the house instead of removing prior to painting. Contract stated that soffit vents were to be installed on both sides of the house.  Contractor only installed soffit vents on one side of the house and did not inform me of this.  I paid contractor in full ($14,258.00) and found out later that the soffit vents were not installed on both sides of house.  December 7, 2015, I informed contractor I wanted him to install the missing soffit vents and needed the roof warranty paperwork.  Contractor told me he would send me the paperwork for the roof warranty. We still have not received the roof warranty. Jan 6, 2016 he responded to my request saying he would install the missing soffit vents, he still has not completed the work.  I have not heard from him since and have not received the roof warranty.  His phone has been disconected, voice mailboxes are full on other phone lines he has. We have texted, emailed and called he refuses to return any form of contact.  We have been forced to contact the roofing supplier ourselves in an attempt to obtain our rightfull warranty. We are not sure if they will be able to link the contractor to our roof. Plus our contract included a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and the company won't even respond to our requests to just finish the job they were paid for. I can only imagine trying to get them to stand by their workmanship warranty.

"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."
