He took the time to explain things to me and used his professional experience to make recommendations to stare me down the right path. This project was for 2 weeks but it ended up being a 4 weeks. There are a lot of little things in the bathroom that was not done right. I have a mosaic tile with a pattern in it and rather that have the tile line up correctly there are quite a few spots within the tile that  it’s backward. I told them I wanted a white bath and they bought a half white bath.  The wires were not correctly done so a light fixture went out. I was frustrated because I was paying the project manager and they were not managing it properly. They were coming at 11 in the morning and they had to leave to work on someone’s garage door."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"i called Grays for an estimate on the kitchen remodel. We had the cabinets replaced, counter tops, flooring and appliances. They were all very professional, punctual and the job was finished on time. This was the best remodeling experience and we will use them again."

"We were very please after our kitchen renovations were completed but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of the appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"
