"AFS was a great company to work with they adjusted the contract to complete necessary work that the Structural engineer noted in his report to me. Kevin salesman , crew, lead Johnny, Tanner, Shawn ,Twinkie(Tyler) were great , knowledgeable and walked me through each step they were doing, Salesman came out the first morning and was with us the first hour just to be of support to this old lady, Thanks Johnny and crew were constantly on the moved and very detailed and not afraid to redo steps that they felt were not to standard. Keep me informed of what steps they were taking and I felt like their knowledge was a winner to me , above and beyond what I expected . Not sure about the other crews , but you can't go wrong with the gentlemen who worked when me for 4 days off and on the rain and weather played a part in the length of the job not the company. A side note . I received 3 quotes form different companies I did chose the best one for my job .AFS"

"I highly recommend Robert and United Foundations! I had a serious drainage issue at the front of my house due to a cracked and sloping driveway. Unlike a competitor, Robert didn't just plan on replacing the driveway as is, he carefully figured out exactly what was causing my drainage issue and then adjusted his plans for my driveway according. For example, he raised the elevation on one side significantly, added an edge/lip to the side of the new concrete and added a drain. I was impressed with the detailed solutions he kept coming up with as he evaluated the issues. He even identified a serious issue with the concrete slab in my garage where the underlying support had washed away! Besides identifying and fixing my drainage and garage issues, I was also extremely pleased and impressed with how quickly his crew started and finished my project. The only negative I can think of is that I had to pay with a check. Given the cost of driveway repairs, a credit card option would have been helpful. "Because of weather problems Lora and crew were here two weeks early. Scot and his helper cleaned out the trash in the crawl space and prepared to put down the vapor barrier. They did this job a bit out of order because of the COLD weather. The morning they started it was 16* ! Their first task was the vapor barrier. After that the spray foam insulation. Then the old insulation was removed and hauled away. Lora did the job in this order because of the COLD weather. She told me she would NOT leave us with no insulation for any amount of time with temperatures this cold. Lora cares about her customer and works very close with them . She even let me work with them a little bit. I'm an old retired Marine and still like to be involved. I don't think I got in the way too often. Her prices are very reasonable; there is no reason for negotiation. I'll definitely be calling Lora at Green River for any other needs around my home. Thank you Lora & Scot Howard, the Troll"

"Installed a tile, walk in shower in the main bath with reinforcements for future if handicap accessibility is necessary. it turned out perfectly. Painted interiors and wainscoting was added. Upstairs renovation to room that had previously been divided. Door frame moved for better access. Lighting was installed and additional electric. Stone retention wall rebuilt and repaired. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work Frank and the guys performed at the house. They are professional and were courteous with my multitude of questions. There were small things added along the way and they graciously performed all the things that I asked. I will continue to use them as needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing contractor services. Small issue with interior painter. There are places that the painter was sloppy. When walk through was conducted, they agreed to remedy."
