"We had a broken pipe behind the wall under the kitchen sink. I initially thought the problem was not too serious and only leaked when the washer drained. So I made my appointment without any urgency, but when I used the kitchen sick I quickly realized we had a real problem. So I called again. These guys came right away. They found the problem, removed a small amount of very wet sheet rock, and replaced the broken pipe. They checked the sink in the bathroom, that was running supper slow, and cleared that as well.
