"Reliable, professional, and skilled service. We?re extremely happy with both the A/C system and the water heater installation. Highly recommended."

"Platinum plumbing was very flexible, specific about requirements and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a standard water heater installed in place of a solar water heater."

"August 25, 2026 Rated 5/5, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Horacio Parker, a plumber with Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing. On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. He communicated clearly and showed me how to shut off the water to the house and turn off the water heater to help prevent future flooding. Mr. Parker is an asset to Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and any company he provides service to Lovevasia Bey"

"New Flow Plumbing replaced my water heater and brought it up to code. They were very professional and did great work. I would definitely hire them again. Their price was also more reasonable than what the bigger plumbing companies wanted to charge."

"They had a good program for heating and A/C like for $100 they come out and check in the fall to make sure the heating is running right and again in the spring to make sure the A/C is working right. They did their job. It was cheaper than anyone else and I got 2 services. The only thing they could do better is give me free heating and air conditioning."

"We needed all the pipes replaced in our house. We also switched to a tankless water heater. Dustin came to give us an estimate and advise when they could start the project. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. By the other positive reviews you guys are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work and it was a real pleasure doing business with you."

"The tech that came to my home was the best out there. If you want any plumbing issue done right the first time, this is the place. Ask for Jeff; they don't come any better"

"Great job installing new air conditioning and attic insulation"

"This company was very professional. Once they arrived the installation went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the result. We love the system that Don recommended. It did not disappoint. This company was available and truly helpful with any questions we had about our new system. The maintenance service they provide is on time and very efficient. One thing that was a standout for me was I did not know they had even been on my property. I have had other companies not clean up after themselves which was not the case with 2 plumbs up. I highly recommend this company."
