"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"We had a traditional tub/shower combo replaced with a walk-in shower on day one, and our master bathroom walk-in shower replaced with a new walk-in on day two. What a difference! Our installers, Braeden W. & Andrew P. were prompt, professional, and got the job done as promised. We are loving all the extra room these showers provide. We wish we would have done it years ago."

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."
