"The sewer pipe was cracked where it exited the basement wall. Ross and Andy responded quickly to my call. They reviewed the problem and gave me an estimate (costly, but fair) that they held to. They actually were able to do the work earlier than originally scheduled. They and their crew arrived early and completed the work expertly. Our soil is so clay impacted that they had to use a jackhammer to dig down to expose the sewer pipe. Ross also replaced our kitchen sink drainpipe. It was child's play for him. I give Paradigm Plumbing my highest rating."

They showed up on time for both the bid appointment and job appointment. They did an excellent job and less time and for WAY less money than I would have thought possible. They were very prompt with responding to my request to be contacted approximately three minutes after I asked they called they were out the following day and the plumber was neat courteous very polite explained everything in great detail and made every effort to get everything done in one day which he did All work was done I was very pleased with the excellent Quality work. Then came back the next day and did the work: replace 2 toilets (exactly as requested); replaced a faucet; replaced washing machine hoses and dual shut off valve; repaired crack in catch basin drain. "The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
