"I had purchased the blinds online and they weren't a name brand although they were custom made.  One set was a challenge because several pieces of hardware were missing or wrong (this problem was solved by having an extra set available).  I know it took longer for the first one than Chris anticipated but he stuck to his price which I thought was very ethical.  He did a great job for me.  I would definitely use his services again and he does many types of jobs. <br />"

"This is part of a multi-phase landscape installation on our new home.  All the phases will comprise roughly one year for landscape stone, grading, in-ground sprinkler system, sod, trees, shrubs, composite deck, new paver sidewalk and a paver patio with fire pit. <br /> For starters, Dan, the company owner is the most punctual and courteous contractor I have dealt with.  You could truly set your watch by his scheduled arrival times.  The type of person who has his shoes off before you open your front door, and who listens and takes notes intensely.   All of his plans were representative of our every wish, which was different than the experience we had with two other contractors, whom seemed more intent on selling us what they thought would be best, more than what they thought we wanted.  We also found Dan's costs to be about 10% lower than the competition, for what we feel is equal quality. <br /> His crew is very professional and we are very pleased with the first phase of his work.  Our favorite aspect of working with Dan has been his attentiveness to our admittedly changing tastes as the project has progressed.  He has never once hesitated to work with us as we modified plants and locations during the process of the install.  Dan also gave us the names of 20 of his customers, including phone numbers and addresses (with their permission) so we could confirm his customer satisfaction and the quality of his work by visiting their property.  That says a lot about a contractor when his customers are willing to standup for his work and put their names on a calling list.  We will be adding our name to that list ourselves."
