"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Wolf in sheep's clothing. Do not use for any project. Terry comes across as a nice Christian guy but all he cares about is getting his money. We lost 90% of our 3500 sq/ft home to water damage and hired him because he came across as caring/understanding/knowledgeable. I can list over a dozen issues from poor project management, to cheap work, poor communication, false expectations etc... but I wont for sake of time. Feel free to call me or email me and I will tell you everything, share photos (contracts & documents) and you can even come to my home & see the work. In the end he is putting a lien on our home and we have hired a lawyer because he says we owe him money for he never did and for work he never completed.
