"We had a inspection done due to the house is in yhr middle of a sale. Inspection came back with the water heater wasn't installed properly and carbon monoxide reading we not safe. We had this installed a year ago from a handyman , that wasn't very handy at all. Anyway Carol read the report and took care of what was needed. He was very professional and polite knew what he was doing. I would have him back if I have another plumbing issue."

"Quick turn around water heater replacement, very fair price . Very nice guys ."

"The very best: Jeff did an outstanding job. Despite confined space, damaged flooring, and an oversized replacement water heater provided by the owner (me), Jeff overcame every challenge. Jeff's work ethic is excellent. He solves problems in a creative and practical manner. In this case, he worked through until hot water was restored. Despite all of the issues, he stood by his original quote for the work. Jeff Butler has earned the highest rating."

"Two old shower pulls were hard to work and one leaking profusely. Also, water heater not making lots of hot water and 12 years old. Asked for a flush and recommendation for replacement. Tech showed up on time and ready to work. Rebuilt pulls quickly and knowledgeably. Attempted to flush water heater but too far gone. Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

"Thank you Steve Farrell for helping me with my hot water smelling like sulfur. You led me to Farrell Plumbing who came out the next day to give me an estimate. Brian was my technician and he was very professional, informative and kind. He ordered my hot water heater a new titanium anode rod and installed it at my convenience. Once again, THANK YOU FARRELL PLUMBING and STEVE FARRELL for all your help. I now have hot water that does not stink. 🤗🤗🤗"

"Cass Plumbing gave me a straight, no up selling estimate. They came the next day and did a great job installing our water heater. And the icing on the cake! They replaced the old water lines and gas line and didn'tchargeme. Believe it or not. I am referring them to all my family, friends and clients. Thanks Cass Plumbing. ?"

"I called Nathan and he answered right away. He was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. I called a few other places and he was the only one who could answer my questions and give a free estimate. He came within the hour, replaced our water heater and the piping around it all within the price he first gave me, will definitely use him as our plumber!"

"They called me two minutes after I submitted a request for quotes and had a tech out promptly at 8:20 AM the next morning. I appreciated that they understood we were in a bit of a bind because we had to turn off all of the water to our home."
