"We just purchased a 2 family home less than a year ago. We had been smelling gas in our home near the chimney on and off. We called PSEG on 2 occasions, and on one trip they capped the line in the apartment, and the 2nd time they disconnected (what they thought at the time was) the gas line feeding the 2nd floor chimney, but it was the line for the 1st floor. From the consultation, Edmundo was very detailed in his explanation of all the possible issues, and worked with me in the most cost effective way to tackle the issue! Where other companies charged over $200 for the consultation alone, they came out for less than a fifth of that! The next day Byron and his partner came and searched for the issue. They found that the chimney line was connected to the gas stove. They were able to cut and cap the line through the floor of the apartment below, and we haven't smelled gas since! I am so grateful for their service and help, and would recommend them a million times over!"

"We hired Dave for a water heater replacement in our condo. His price was competitive and he showed up on time. The water heater replacement went fine but the next morning there was no water in the unit. The apartment complex stated that the plumber must have left the door open to the water valve closet for the building which resulted in a pipe bursting (cold weather) for my unit. I called Dave and explained the situation. He immediately came back that morning and took responsibility for fixing the burst pipe at no charge to me. He didnt have to do this and there was no way to prove that burst pipe was due to his crew's leaving the door open, but Dave was professional and a man of his word and fixed the issue for me. Because of this I will hire Dave again and highly recommend him to others that are looking for a honest professional plumber."

"The plumber, Bill was prompt and professional. He was available to do all of the work on the same day as the walk through and estimate. A written estimate was prepared within fifteen minutes of the preliminary inspection. The repairs and replacements took almost all day but it was because it was three different projects throughout the house and he had to get parts. Bill explained exactly what needed to be done for each fixture/ pipe and any options available. The final price was slightly higher than the estimate only because of an unforeseen issue with the fixture manufacturer and it was explained as soon as the problem became apparent to the plumber. "Replaced a noise attic fan. They were true to their word. When booking the appointment they mentioned they would give a price for the quote, once the work started that would lock in the price no matter what they found. Well, the quote was to replace the fan motor which had burnt out but when the technician tried to do that he realized the whole fan and casing were corroded so he had to replace the whole unit. And true to their word the price did not change. Work was done well if not a little pricey."
