"We've had Prospect to our house twice. The first time was an entire floor installation on our main level. Beautiful natural finish red oak. The second time they put the same red oak on the stairs, 2nd level landing/hall, and our master bedroom. Exceptional service and attention to detail. The Installation Team was quick, but detailed - they've done this before, and you can tell. Mike is great to work with and knows the work. Jody in the office was very responsive and so friendly. I'm not sure how my wife found them, but if I need flooring and live in their service area, I know who to call."

"The best contractor we have had in 15 years of living here! Our 53yr old house is in the Fort Hunt / Waynewood area and we have had a lot of renovations done. Sam took care to ensure this project was done right. We had the main bathroom tub replaced, walls retiled and faucets installed. This was a 2nd update to our bathroom and we wanted to keep the tile floor and sink. Sam was able to install the new tub while protecting the floor tile not being replaced. All the work was done within the time & price promised and it looks great! We have/will recommend him to anyone needing quality home repairs done - at a very fair price. "Excellent.  He arrived promptly at 8 am and went straight to work cleaning the inside of our windows.  (Several of the windows were in difficult to reach areas and had not been cleaned since he was here 2 years ago!). He then proceeded outside to power wash the house and garage door, then clean the outside of our windows.  He worked diligently for 4 hours. "
